Lancer Parent Educator Partnership (AKA LPEP) was formed August 23, 2013 by parents in the Deer Lakes School District, in cooperation with teachers, administrators, and staff of Deer Lakes School District, to enhance the educational experience for students enrolled in grades Kindergarten through Eight. We support three schools; Curtisville Primary Center, East Union Intermediate Center, and Deer Lakes Middle School comprised of approximately 1250 students.
Lancer Parent Educator Partnership enriches the educational experience by funding activities, providing tools and supplies, improving the relationship between parents/guardians and Deer Lakes School District employees, and developing a closer relationship between school and home by encouraging parent/guardian involvement. Most of our activities (fundraising and volunteering) take place during the school year.
We communicate via email (lancerpep@gmail.com), website (www.lancerpep.org), Facebook (Lancer Parent Educator Partnership) and Twitter (@LPEP4DL).

Welcome to the 2022-2023 School Year!
You and your child are beginning an exciting new chapter together and we are so happy to be a part of it with you. The Lancer Parent Educator Partnership, or LPEP, will be here for you and your child as they grow in the Deer Lakes School District. LPEP provides field trips at each grade level K-8, numerous assemblies, and special events for students and families throughout the year. In order to help facilitate these events, we have many fundraising events/programs and many volunteer opportunities as well. We cannot do it alone; we need your help and support!
LPEP is about families and friends working together with teachers and staff to help our children receive the best possible educational enrichment through a variety of programs. We have over 20 committees where you can let your talents shine. You can volunteer to join or become a chairperson for any one of our many committees. We offer volunteer opportunities such as Box Tops, Work Orders and Yearbook that look for involvement throughout the entire school year. We also have opportunities to volunteer with some of our shorter events including Scholastic Book Fairs and Holiday Shop. In addition, we also have many single day events that require many hands such our Family Fun Nights and special Celebration Days. To see a full list of committees, please visit the Volunteer Opportunities tab on this website. Every committee is important and plays a part in giving back to our children!
As you prepare to send your child to school this fall, remember LPEP is here to help you and your child have the best year ever!
Sincerely,
Josie Crame
LPEP President 2022-2023

FundraisingThroughout the school year, LPEP sponsors fundraisers that fit a variety of lifestyles and budgets. These efforts are critical for providing additional supplies and programming not supported by the annual school district budget
